I am not sure if everyone knows the history of the structure that houses Elpedio's Ristorante. Elpedio's is located in the historic Seipsville Hotel or Inn. It was and still is a colonial hotel for weary travelers built in 1760. Six rooms qualified it for a liquor license when the PLCB began issuing licenses not too long ago. These inns were built over or near springs to provide water for weary travelers and other reasons. Horses were tied up at the hitching post in the front of the inn. We still rent our 1760 rooms for single or multi-night stays. I will be posting more historical data soon. Keep watching
